Mincha Maariv Pocket Booklet in White with Silver Pattern #238

White with a silver crosshatch running across the cover. It is the lightest of the four #238 colors and the one that photographs well on a set table, which is why it is the version most often ordered for a chasunah where everything else is white. Sixty-two pages, paperback, 3 by 4.5 inches.

Three nusachos are printed — Ashkenaz, Sefard and Eduth Mizrach — and the order can be split among them so every guest gets one he can daven from. That flexibility is the practical reason these move by the box rather than the dozen.

The pocket format is what gives the giveaway a life after the simcha. Three inches by four and a half slides into a jacket pocket and stays, so mincha gets davened out of it in an office, at a chasunah hall or on a bus months later. White does show handling more than the black and maroon versions do, which is worth weighing if the booklets are meant for a men's crowd rather than a dressed table.
