Tefillos for Bais Hakvuros, Pocket Size with Optional Monogram #263

A pocket-size booklet, 3.25 by 4.5 inches, holding the tefillos said at the bais hakvuros. It is small for a reason: this is something carried in a jacket pocket to the kever and taken out there, not a volume to be balanced in one hand on a windy afternoon.

There are two options on the cover. Custom stamping lets you put your own text on it, and a monogram can be added, either on its own or together with the stamping. Families order these ahead of a yahrtzeit or a shloshim, stamped with the niftar's name, and hand them out to everyone who comes along — which spares the awkwardness of a group standing at a kever with nothing in their hands and no one certain of the words.

Kept plain, it is simply a booklet to have in the house so that a visit does not require hunting for the right tefillos beforehand. The size means it stays in the glove compartment or the pocket of a coat and is there the next time it is needed.
