Description
Rabbi Shimon Finkelman's biography of Rabbi Avraham Yeshayahu Karelitz — the Chazon Ish — runs to 272 pages and covers both the events of his life and the ideals ArtScroll's own subtitle points to.
Mesorah Publications issued the English-language hardcover in March 1989 at a 6-by-9-inch trim, filed under biography rather than halachah.
ArtScroll describes it as the inspiring life-story of Rabbi Avraham Yeshayahu Karelitz, and that is the shape of the book: a narrative life rather than an analysis of his writings.
