Design #465 is a bar mitzvah set: a 10 x 17 talis bag with two tefillin bags included, all carrying the same embroidery. The larger bag is proportioned long rather than square, which is the standard cut for these sets, and each of the two tefillin bags holds one pair — Rashi in one, Rabbeinu Tam in the other.
For a bochur who has begun laying both pairs, the two-bag arrangement is not a luxury. It keeps the pairs distinct and it keeps them from knocking against each other inside the bag, which is the ordinary way retzuos get creased and batim get scuffed. The tallis rides in the outer bag with room to be folded in thirds rather than crammed.
The set arrives complete, which is worth something when it is being given at a bar mitzvah: the boy is not carrying a bag from one place and mismatched tefillin bags from another, and the whole thing looks like it was chosen as a unit.
