Malchut works #5032 in embroidery alone, on order. There is no fur panel and no leather inlay in the specification, so what you are buying is the stitching and the build. It is a design that suits a man who wants the bag to be obviously well made without being obviously expensive.
Three sizes are offered, and they are not cosmetic. The bar mitzvah bag at 10.5 by 10 inches is proportioned for a boy. The 14 by 14 large talis bag is the adult standard. The 16 by 16 extra large is for a heavy wool tallis, a large set of tefillin, or a man who also keeps a tallis katan and a gartel in the bag and wants it all to fit without arrangement.
Because bags are made to the order, the design number rather than a shelf position is what identifies this piece. Note it down if there is any prospect of wanting a matching item, or a second bag in another size for a younger son.
