Deep maroon under a silver lattice. Of the four colors #238 is produced in, maroon is the one that reads richest on a set table — darker than the blue, warmer than the black, and the silver crosshatch shows against it more clearly than it does on white. Sixty-two pages, paperback, 3 by 4.5 inches.
