Description
The 1845 measures 53.5 by 7.5 inches and ships with the stay-fresh aluminum lining fitted inside. Full length means a bound lulav goes in whole, with nothing standing out of the top to catch on a doorway, and the lined interior means the set is being kept fresh rather than merely carried.
Freshness is not a small point on Sukkos. Seven days is a long time for cut aravos, and they are the first thing to give up. A lined case buys the set several days it would not otherwise have, which is why the lining is standard on this number instead of being offered as a choice.
