Velvet Tallis & Tefillin Bag, 3D Canopy Arch with Flower Pots #176

The face of design 176 is built around a canopy arch, with a matched pair of flower pots standing at its base. The embroidery is worked in 3D, so the arch and the pots sit up off the velvet instead of lying flat against it, and the raised thread catches light from an angle the way flat stitching never does.
