Description
Silver embroidery is drawn into a framed arch across the black velvet on design 730. The arch is closed off by its own border and the field inside it is left open, which makes this one of the calmer faces in the 700 range despite the size of the motif.
The three sizes are 10.5 by 10 inches in the bar mitzvah cut, 14 by 14 as a large talis bag and 16 by 16 extra large. The open field inside the arch is where a name usually goes, so this is a design that suits a presentation bag from a family or a shul. If it is being bought simply for use, the 14-inch is the everyday tallis size and the 16-inch the one with room to spare.
Challah covers and matzah covers are made in design 730, which extends the arch to the Shabbos and Pesach tables.
