Velvet Tallis & Tefillin Bag, Canopy and Bow Design #150

Malchut design #150 features a canopy framed by two columns, with a crown above and a decorative bow below. Gold-and-silver embroidery decorates the velvet bag.

Five sizes are made: a matching tefillin bag at 8.5 x 9.5, a bar mitzvah bag at 9.5 x 9.5, a medium talis bag at 12.5 x 11.5, a large at 14 x 14 and an extra large at 16 x 16. Black and navy velvet run through the full size range. Maroon, hunter green and royal blue are made in the matching tefillin bag size only, and the royal blue is embroidered in silver.

The embroidery itself is ordered either primarily gold with some silver, or primarily silver with some gold — both threads appear in the design, and you are choosing which one leads.
