Description
Design #84 fills its corner with a petal form — a soft, rounded shape opening across the corner of the velvet, with none of the hard geometry of the square-framed designs. It is one of the gentler patterns in the range and it leaves most of the velvet face clear, which keeps the bag looking calm rather than worked.
It is offered as a single tefillin bag at 8.5 x 9.5, made without stones, a large talis bag at 14 x 14, and an extra large at 16 x 16. The 14 x 14 is the size most men order for a tallis and tefillin carried together. The tefillin-only bag is generally bought as a companion, so the tefillin travel in their own case inside the larger bag or on their own.
The same #84 petal design is also made as a siddur cover, which is the piece most often added to it — the bag and the siddur go to the same place every morning and it is an easy set to complete.
