It is made in three sizes. The 10.5 x 10 bar mitzvah bag suits a boy who is carrying tefillin and not yet a full tallis. The 14 x 14 large talis bag is the standard order for an adult and takes tallis and tefillin together. The 16 x 16 extra large is for a full-size wool tallis, or for a man who also carries a siddur or a sefer to shul each morning.
