Nine finishes make #1016 one of the broadest custom numbers Malchut runs. Leathers include black with grey, grey with grey, black with copper, and white with black fur. The fur options cover black-and-white, grey with grey, and black with grey. The most distinctive of the set combines black leather with white crushed velvet and crocodile leather in a single bag.

That crushed velvet and crocodile combination is the one worth looking at closely — three materials on one bag, with the crushed velvet giving a broken, irregular surface that neither the leather nor the fur options produce. Copper trim on black leather is the other outlier, warmer than the grey and silver-toned finishes that dominate the rest of the list.

All nine come in bar mitzvah 10.5 x 10, large talis bag 14 x 14 and extra large 16 x 16. With this many finishes it pays to settle the size first, then work through the styles, rather than the other way round.
