Custom #1046 is a Malchut embroidered bag with the extra large option available, which is the part worth flagging — plenty of designs stop at the 14 x 14 and leave men with big talleisim without a real choice. Here the 16 x 16 is made in the same design as the smaller sizes, so nothing is compromised by needing the room.
The other two cuts are the bar mitzvah bag at 10.5 x 10 and the large talis bag at 14 x 14. A bochur takes the smallest. Most adults take the 14 x 14 and it holds a tallis with tefillin properly. The 16 x 16 is for a full-size wool tallis, and it is the size to take if a siddur or a sefer also travels to shul each morning.
