Tallis & Tefillin Bag, Custom Design #1250-21

#1250-21 is a variation worked off Malchut's 1250 design, kept in the plainer part of the range. It carries the same basic structure but with the detail pared back, which puts it at a friendlier price than the fully finished 1250 while still using the same body construction and the same quality of stitching. For a man who liked the shape of 1250 but did not want the fur or the extra ornament, this is the answer.

Three sizes are made. The bar mitzvah bag at 10.5" x 10" is the cut for a bochur starting with tefillin. The large talis bag at 14" x 14" is the standard adult size and the one most customers order. The extra large at 16" x 16" is for a heavy or oversized tallis, and for anyone who would rather have room than not.

A simpler bag like this is often the right call for daily use in yeshiva, where the bag gets thrown into a shtender twice a day. Keep the elaborate design for Shabbos if you want both.
