Tallis & Tefillin Bag, Custom Design #1252 with Full Embroidery

Generous is the word for the embroidery on #1252. The thread covers most of the face, worked into a heavier body than Malchut's standard bags use, and the result has real substance in the hand. Bags at this weight do not collapse when they are half empty, which matters more than it sounds: a bag that keeps its shape protects the tefillin inside it far better than one that folds around them.

The design is offered as a bar mitzvah bag at 10.5" x 10", a large talis bag at 14" x 14", and an extra large at 16" x 16". The smallest is scaled around a first pair of tefillin and a light tallis. The 14" x 14" is the common adult size. The 16" x 16" is for a full woolen tallis, and it is the one to take if the tallis has any bulk to it at all.
