Tallis & Tefillin Bag, Black Leather with White Fur Trim, Design #1260

Design 1260 is built around a band of fur running against leather, and Malchut offers it in eight combinations. Black leather with white fur is the sharpest; black with black fur is the most formal; grey leather with grey fur and white leather with brown fur are the softer, warmer readings of the same idea. There are also two all-leather pairings, black with brown and black with white, for a man who wants the design without any fur on it at all, and a speckled fur version that sits between the two extremes.

Each finish is made as a 10.5" x 10" bar mitzvah bag, a 14" x 14" large talis bag, or a 16" x 16" extra large. The bar mitzvah size is scaled for a bochur; the two larger cuts are adult sizes, and the extra large is the one for a heavy tallis.

A matching custom siddur cover is made in this design too. With eight finishes on the bag, ordering both at once is the only reliable way to get the pair to agree.
