Tallis & Tefillin Bag, Grey or White Leather with Fur Trim, Design #1275

Light colours, four ways. Grey leather with grey-and-white fur is the most tonal of the group; white leather with white fur is the boldest and reads almost as a Yom Tov bag; grey leather with white fur splits the difference with real contrast between the two; and black leather with black fur is there for anyone who likes the design but wants it in the traditional colour. The fur is set into the leather rather than laid over it, so the join is clean.

Each finish is made as a 10.5" x 10" bar mitzvah bag, a 14" x 14" large talis bag, or a 16" x 16" extra large. Take the smallest for a bochur with new tefillin, the middle for a standard woolen tallis, and the largest if the tallis has any real weight to it.

There is a matching megillah case in this design. It is an easy piece to forget until Adar, and buying it at the same time as the bag saves the scramble.
