Description
There are two ways to take design #1515, and they are not small variations. Beige leather stitched in black is the sober version, the embroidery reading as line work against a neutral ground. White leather stitched in green is the lighter one, and green thread on white leather is a combination almost nothing else in this category uses.
Size runs the standard three: 10.5 by 10 for a bar mitzvah bochur, 14 by 14 for a full tallis, 16 by 16 when the tallis is heavy or folds thick. Colour and size are both set at the time of ordering, so what arrives is built to the combination you choose rather than pulled from a general run. Decide the style first, since that is what the bag will be remembered by, and let the tallis decide the rest.
Worth knowing before you order the white for a thirteen-year-old: light leather shows handling sooner than dark, and a bag going back and forth to yeshiva twice a day sees a lot of handling.
