Design #2080 is made up after you order rather than taken from an existing run. That is the important thing to understand about it, and it is what makes the size question worth thinking through properly instead of guessing. The bag is built in the Malchut construction in whichever cut you specify.
Those cuts are 10.5 by 10 inches for a bar mitzvah bag, 14 by 14 for a large talis bag, and 16 by 16 for the extra large. The bar mitzvah size is proportioned for a bochur with a smaller tallis and one pair of tefillin. The 14 by 14 is the adult standard. The 16 by 16 is for a heavy or oversized tallis, and it is the size men most often wish they had ordered.
Made-to-order means allowing production time, and it means the size and design you specify are what gets built. Settle both before you place the order.
