The front panel is where design #4020 lives. Malchut works the embroidery across it as a single composition, and there is no fur or contrast leather competing with it — the stitching is the design. Three sizes are offered and they correspond to three different buyers. The bar mitzvah bag, 10.5 by 10 inches, is for a boy carrying tefillin and beginning to build his own set of things. The large talis bag at 14 by 14 is the adult standard, taking a folded tallis alongside both tefillin. The extra large at 16 by 16 suits a heavy wool tallis, or a man who wants room for a tallis katan or a gartel in the same bag.
