Description
On design #6025 the embroidery runs edge to edge across the front panel. Nothing is left plain, and there is no fur or leather inlay competing with the stitching — the entire face of the bag is worked. It is the boldest of the purely embroidered designs in this part of the range, and it is produced to order rather than held as a fixed item.
All three Malchut sizes are available. Ten and a half by ten inches gives a bar mitzvah bochur a bag proportioned to him. Fourteen by fourteen is the large talis bag and the size most men use. Sixteen by sixteen is the extra large, and it is the size to specify for a heavy wool tallis or a larger set of tefillin that you would rather not press together.
Full-coverage embroidery is what people usually want for a simcha bag. It carries at a bar mitzvah, at a chasunah and on Yom Tov, and it remains entirely appropriate for weekday use afterwards.
