Those sizes are 10.5 x 10 for the bar mitzvah bag, 14 x 14 for the large talis bag and 16 x 16 for the extra large. The bar mitzvah cut is the one to buy for a bochur; the 14 x 14 is what most men use with a regular tallis; and the 16 x 16 gives space for a heavy tallis without folding it hard. Tefillin fit in any of the three.

Because the design is not stitched until the order comes through, the pile stands up and the thread is unhandled when the bag arrives.
