#V1072 is part of Malchut's custom velvet collection, embroidered on the bag body once the order has been taken. There is one scheme, no alternate fabric to pick, and a face worked in thread over deep velvet pile. It is a design for someone who wants the velvet collection's finish without a decision tree attached to it.
Three cuts: bar mitzvah at 10.5 x 10, large talis at 14 x 14, extra large at 16 x 16. The bar mitzvah size is proportioned for a bochur's first tefillin and a smaller tallis; the 14 x 14 is the general adult size; the 16 x 16 is for heavy talleisim or for a bag that carries a siddur as well. Tefillin sit comfortably in all three.
Since every bag in this collection is made against its number, a second one ordered years later for another son will match the first.
