Traditional Wool Tallis with Black and Silver Stripes, Sizes 18 to 70

Silver against black is the quieter of the two black pairings. It reads cooler and more restrained — clearly finished, visible at a distance, but without the warmth that gold throws off. In a shul where most of the men wear plain black stripes, silver settles in more easily than gold does.

The eight sizes are shared across the traditional line and given as real measurements: 18 by 72, 24 by 72, 36 by 72, then 45 at 43 by 64, 50 at 47 by 67, 55 at 51 by 72, 60 at 55 by 75, and 70 at 59 by 80. Note that the 45 and 50 are shorter than 72 inches as well as narrower, so they are proportioned differently rather than simply scaled down from the larger sizes.
