Description
A lulav case in design 1805BW, built to 53.5 by 7.5 inches. That is the size that swallows a full bound lulav — spine, hadassim and aravos together — with room to spare, so the set is not being squeezed into shape every time it goes back in.
The aluminum lining comes as an option rather than as standard. Choosing it means the inside of the case works to keep the lulav fresh across the days of Yom Tov; leaving it off gives you the same case in its plain form. Both are the same length and the same design; only the interior changes.
For a man who takes the four minim to more than one place on Sukkos — his own minyan in the morning, a relative's sukkah in the afternoon, the neighbors who could not get to shul — the case is handling a lot of movement. Design 1805BW is proportioned for that daily carrying rather than for sitting on a table looking good.
