Megillah Case, Navy Leather Scroll Tube #1850

Navy leather instead of the usual black, on the 1850 body. It is a small change that does more than it sounds like: navy carries the same seriousness as black but is visibly not black next to a dark suit, so the case registers as a deliberate choice rather than as the default. Plain-faced, no fur, no applied pattern.

Two lengths, 17.7 inches and 14 inches. A standard megillah needs the long tube, while a short klaf is held better by the 14. The personalized snap-on handle comes with either size and detaches, so the case can lie on a bench for the reading without a handle sticking up.

1850 is also produced as a lulav holder. Navy is the less common of the two colours this design comes in, which makes it the easier one to pick out of a coat room where every other case is black.
