Description
Quilted satin with the word Shabbos embroidered at the center and Swarovski crystal elements set at the corners and through the middle of the design. Satin quilting has a particular look — the stitched lines pull the sheen into channels, so the surface reads as a grid of light rather than a flat sheet — and the crystals mark the points where the quilting meets. Clean, bright, and not fussy.
Three sizes: small at 14.5x17.5, medium at 15.5x19.5 and large at 19.5x23.5. The quilting scales with the cover, so the large has a broader grid and the small a tighter one. For most family tables the medium is the size that looks correct without swallowing the board underneath it.
The 539 design is also made as a bris cover and as a matzah cover, which makes it a practical number to buy into if you expect a simcha. The same pattern is produced in navy velvet as well, noticeably heavier and darker, if white satin is more than your table wants.
